Utility will. at Developer's expense, use its best endeavours to assist the Developer in obtaining all permits, permissions and way leaves necessary in a timely manner ( and at a reasonable cost) for the construction of the 69kV transmission line and all associated switchgear and protective devices, such assistance not to be unreasonably withheld.
