Utility Statements. Lessor shall deliver to Lessee a statement showing the amounts due and payable for electricity, water and sewer, and natural gas used on the Property the previous month not later than the fifteenth (15th) day of each month. Lessees shall pay to Lessor ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Proportionate Share of said charges in addition to its Rent payment no later than the first (1st) day of the next month after delivery of said statement. Lessee shall have the right to audit such statements.
