Common use of Utility Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Utility Responsibility. Lessee shall be responsible for the payment of all utilities including gas, electricity, water, and sewage. The following utilities must remain in the tenants name for entire term of the lease and be paid by the tenant with the exception of the sewage ▇▇▇▇. The sewage ▇▇▇▇ will remain in the Lessees name and will be invoiced to the tenant via email. Tenant shall not pay the sewage ▇▇▇▇ directly to Muncie Sanitation.
