Utility Payments. Tenant shall promptly pay when due all charges for water, gas, electricity, and all other utilities furnished to or used upon the Premises, including all charges for installation, termination, and relocations of such service. Landlord, at its option, may require Tenant to furnish Landlord with evidence of payment of such charges.
