Common use of Utility Assist Clause in Contracts

Utility Assist. With the consent of the Busi- ness Manager the setting of poles and anchors shall be performed by a qualified Powerline Technician and Ground Worker Operator with the help of Utility Workers hired locally. Workers hired under these cir- cumstances shall apply for IBEW member- ship.
