Utilities installations Clause Samples
The 'Utilities installations' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for installing essential services such as water, electricity, gas, and telecommunications within a property or project site. It typically outlines which party is responsible for arranging and paying for these installations, the standards or specifications to be met, and any required coordination with utility providers or local authorities.
