Utilities Committee Sample Clauses

Utilities Committee. Within 10 days following the execution of the SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT, CSI and KAISER will appoint a Utilities Committee consisting of two or fewer representatives from each of KAISER and CSI. The Utilities Committee shall address the issues of separation of utilities, such as water, electricity and sewer service, which will be affected by the termination of the existing SERVICES AGREEMENT, coordination of the removal of the East Ladder railroad track, and such other matters as the parties may determine to be appropriate or convenient in connection with the efforts of the parties to obtain independent utility services for each of KAISER and CSI.
