All utility services necessary for the operation of the Biodiesel Plant for its intended purposes are all available at the boundary of the Property including water supply, storm and sanitary sewer facilities, electric and telephone facilities, and Borrower has connected all utility services needed for operation of the Biodiesel Plant or related operations.
