Common use of Utilities; Access Clause in Contracts

Utilities; Access. The Property has access to all water, sewer, electric, natural gas, telephone, drainage facilities and all other utilities necessary to operate the Property as a casino and dog track and as contemplated to be operated by the Lease and the Management Agreement, and such access has been provided in material compliance with all requirements of Laws. All municipal charges for water, sewer or solid waste disposal have been paid in full.
