UTILISATION NOTICES. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, each Utilisation Notice shall be irrevocable and shall oblige the relevant Borrower to borrow the amount so requested or, as the case may be, to give effect to the Utilisation so requested on the date specified in such Utilisation Notice upon the terms and subject to the conditions set out in this Agreement.
