USTS/ASTS. 4-1. Are underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), or associated pipelines present on site (lease renewals) or required for planned operations (new tenants)? If not, continue with section 5.0. If yes, please describe capacity, contents, age, design and construction of USTs or ASTs. 4-2. Is the UST/AST registered and permitted with the appropriate regulatory agencies? Please provide a copy of the required permits. 4-3.
