Using Biometric Technology. Your mobile device may allow you to initiate payments using fingerprint, touch identification or other biometric authentication. If you enable fingerprint, touch identification or other biometric authentication on your mobile device, you acknowledge and agree that anyone whose fingerprint or biometric record saved on your mobile device will be able to initiate Avadian Card transactions. If anyone has a fingerprint or other biometric record saved on your mobile device and you do not want that person to have the ability to initiate Avadian Card transactions, then you should delete those other users, disable fingerprint, touch identification or biometric authentication, or terminate use of the Mobile Wallet service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby acknowledge and agree that all transactions initiated through a Mobile Wallet are authorized transactions.
