USING A CARD Sample Clauses

The "Using a Card" clause defines the rules and conditions under which a cardholder may use a credit, debit, or other payment card issued by the provider. It typically outlines acceptable transactions, restrictions on use (such as prohibited purchases or geographic limitations), and the responsibilities of the cardholder when making payments or withdrawals. For example, it may specify that the card can only be used for personal expenses and not for illegal activities. The core function of this clause is to set clear expectations for card usage, helping to prevent misuse and ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations.
