The "Users Group" clause defines the formation and operation of a group composed of users or representatives who utilize a particular product, service, or system. Users Group. (a) When there are sufficient users to support a users group, IBM will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to establish or assist the commercial user community Licensed Software users to establish a users group (the "Users Group"). IBM will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to support such Users Group. (b) If IBM or deNovis enters into a transaction with a single major government or commercial user for the Licensed Software, IBM and deNovis each warrant and shall ensure that the priorities with respect to Updates and Upgrades for the Licensed Software arising out of the IBM or deNovis relationship with such user will not take priority over the Users Group's priorities for Updates and Upgrades to the Licensed Software.
Users Group. The End-Users group is composed of selected European universities, representatives of R&D organisations, international nuclear data agencies OECD/NEA and IAEA, industries involved in pertinent design activities, regulatory bodies and education representatives. The End-Users group will: Ø Benefit early from the project results, formulate specific requirements on the distributed nuclear data and provide scientific and technical advice on specific areas of interest. Ø Ensure the exploitation of results and contribute to the dissemination of knowledge within the involved organizations and beyond; Ø Collective and consensual appraisal on the limits and potentialities of the nuclear data, evaluation tools and generated knowledge for the Gen II(+), Gen-IV and transmutation systems; ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ the interaction between the partners, R&D groups and the International nuclear data agencies OECD/NEA and IAEA; Ø Help to keep relation with American, Japanese and Russian organizations. The End-Users group will be set-up during the first year of the project. A collaboration agreement will be defined and submitted to the participants of the End-Users group. The travel and subsistence costs of scientists of the End-Users group for their participation in technical meetings will be financed partially through the ANDES project budget.
Users Group. ‌ The 800 MHz CCCS Users Group meetings occur once each quarter. The Users Group meetings allow for the sharing of information from the Lead Agency (Orange County Sheriff’s Department Technology Division) regarding the System operations and any upgrade or enhancement projects proposed or in progress. These meetings also allow for Partner Agencies to discuss current concerns or provide input regarding future enhancements. All Partner Agencies are welcome to participate in the quarterly 800 MHz Users Group meetings.

Users Group. The Users’ Group will also be comprised of a representative of each Party as appointed by its Chief Administrative Officer. The Users’ Group will monitor the technical aspects of the PSCC and will meet on a regular basis. Any capital, equipment or technology issues will be directed to the County Administrator or designee in writing from the chair of the Users’ Group.
Users Group. ‌ The SAP Operator shall ensure that it creates a Users’ Group. The Users’ Group shall serve as a consultation forum for the SAP Operator. The User's Group shall be organised by the SAP Operator on behalf of all TSOs to gather feedback and requests on the IT interfaces and the SAP tasks. The Users' Group ideally comprises of representatives from key European stakeholder organisations interested in participating therein. Individual Registered Participants may also be members of the group. The SAP Operator shall aim to involve candidates that represent European associations and with specific explicit auctions knowledge related to different regions to assure broad geographical coverage by the group.
