User Security - Access and Security Codes. To help enhance your security while utilizing Online and/or Mobile Banking Services and related Services, you agree to keep your devices secure and to close your Mobile Banking Application when not in use. You agree not to provide your credentials; User ID and Password, or other access information to anyone. If you suspect your mobile device has been lost or stolen, or your access information has been compromised, you must notify The Cecilian Bank immediately by calling 270-982-4822 to disable your Online Banking or Mobile Banking Application. The risk of loss resides with the account holder if a fraudulent payment order is received by the bank in compliance with the bank’s normal security procedures.
