10.4 The Subscriber is responsible for the content of the User-Generated Content and you may only publish User-Generated Content that is your original content and does not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party.
10.5 Authorised Users may not, within the Interactive Areas post, publish, translatelink to, create derivative works fromupload, download, send, distribute, and display such content throughout the world use or re-use any information or material:
(a) obtained in breach of confidence or which contains confidential information or infringes any media.intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or other rights of any third party;
9.5. 10.2 The Subscriber hereby grants Euromoney a non-confidential and non-proprietary. The User hereby grants Fino a non- exclusive, royalty- free perpetual, irrevocable license royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modifymodify and/or sub-license all or any part of the User-Generated Content posted by its Authorised Users. Euromoney may, adaptwithout notice to you or any third party, delete, move or edit any such User-Generated Content or part of it.
10.3 To the extent permitted under applicable law, the Subscriber hereby waives all moral rights or rights of a similar nature in any jurisdiction in any User-Generated Content.
10.4 The Subscriber is responsible for the content of the User-Generated Content and you may only publish User-Generated Content that is your original content and does not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party.
10.5 Authorised Users may not, within the Interactive Areas post, publish, translatelink to, create derivative works fromupload, download, send, distribute, and display such content throughout the world use or re-use any information or material:
(a) obtained in breach of confidence or which contains confidential information or infringes any media.intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or other rights of any third party;
9.5. Users who post user generated content hereby warrant that they own (b) which is offensive, threatening, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene, degrading or are menacing, or is otherwise authorised contrary to exercise the rights to such content, and that any content posted will be accurate and will not cause injury applicable law or harm to any person regulation or entity.promoting an illegal act;
9.6. Users hereby indemnify Fino against all claims resulting from user generated content that is found to be infringing (c) which constitutes unsolicited advertising or harmful.
9.7. Users shall not post, distribute or transmit to or from the website any promotional material, including but not limited to textany chain emails, imagesunsolicited commercial emails, video and audio clips that: is illegalunsolicited bulk email, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, "spam" or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable; consists of mail bombs;
(d) which constitutes or contains commercial solicitation, political campaigning, chain letters, mass mailings, a virus or any form other harmful component or malware; or
(e) which is or could be taken to be the provision of unsolicited or bulk communications; constitutes hate speech or is likely to provoke violence; is racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable; constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, or condones or encourages unlawful activity; is technically harmful advice (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data investment advice) or other malicious software a recommendation to buy or harmful data); and/or otherwise infringes refrain from buying a particular investment or which has the rights purpose of affecting the price or value of any other personinvestment.
9.8. If 10.6 Authorised Users may not:
(a) use any Interactive Area to carry out criminal, fraudulent or illegal activities;
(b) use any Interactive Area to impersonate any person, company, group or entity or misrepresent a person believes that any user generated content published relationship to or transmitted on or from the website does not comply with the standards set out in these terms and conditions, or that such content infringes any of their rightsthe same;
(c) disguise the origin of any message posted in any Interactive Area; nor
(d) collect, they must immediately contact store, disclose or otherwise process any personal data in relation to your use of any Interactive Area without the Fino at ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇knowledge of the relevant individual or in breach of applicable data protection laws.▇▇
10.7 The Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless against all claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal and other professional fees) which we may incur as a result of any User-Generated Content of any Authorised User.▇▇
10.8 Euromoney reserves the right to prevent any Authorised User(s) from accessing the Interactive Areas however it is under no obligation to review, monitor, delete or edit User-Generated Content.
