After this Agreement is reviewed and accepted by Rock Harbor, User’s slip is assigned, and User has been notified by the Rock Harbor Board of Directors or its delegate, User shall pay Rock Harbor a fee in the applicable amount(s), which is non-refundable: a. Boat Slip: $325.00 b. Kayak Rack: $50.00 c. Jet Ski Lift: $200.00 d. Trailer/RV Parking: $300.00.
