User Consent Sample Clauses
The User Consent clause establishes that users must provide their explicit agreement before their personal data is collected, processed, or shared by a service or platform. Typically, this involves users actively indicating their consent, such as by checking a box or clicking an 'I agree' button, before accessing certain features or submitting information. This clause ensures compliance with privacy laws and regulations, protects user autonomy, and clarifies the circumstances under which user data may be used, thereby reducing legal risk for the service provider.
