Used Material. A. Used material which is in sound and serviceable condition and suitable for reuse - at seventy-five percent (75%) of current new price or at such lesser amount as is agreed upon by the parties. B. Used material which cannot be classified as being in a sound and serviceable condition and which is no longer suitable for its original purpose, but usable for some other purpose - at a price comparable with that of items normally used for such other purpose, or at such lesser amounts as is agreed upon by the parties. C. Junk material, being obsolete and scrap material - at prevailing prices.
