Common use of Used Goods Clause in Contracts

Used Goods. On entry into force of this Agreement, Chile shall cease applying the 50 percent surcharge established in the Xxxxx General Complementaria N° 3 of Arancel Aduanero with respect t o originating goods of the other Party that benefit from preferential tariff treatment.
