Used Gas Charge. The User shall pay the Used Gas Charge which is the product of: (1) the quotient of the User's actual quantity of Gas delivered at all Outlet Points in a Billing Period and the total quantity of Gas delivered from the Pipeline in the same Billing Period; and (2) GGT's reasonable assessment of its cost incurred for Used Gas in a Billing Period;
