Use Violations. Use, maintain, operate or occupy or allow the use, maintenance, operation or occupancy of the Property in any manner which (i) violates the terms of the Loan Documents; (ii) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by law; (iii) constitutes a public nuisance; (iv) makes void, voidable or cancelable any insurance policy then in force with respect thereto; or (v) makes void, voidable or cancelable any governmental permit.
