Common use of Use Violations Clause in Contracts

Use Violations. Trustor will not use, maintain, operate or occupy, or allow the use, maintenance, operation or occupancy of the Mortgaged Property in any manner which (a) violates any Legal Requirement, including, without limitation, Legal Requirements with respect to the disposal of medical waste products, (b) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by law, or (c) constitutes a public or private nuisance.

Use Violations. Trustor will not use, maintain, operate or occupy, or allow the use, maintenance, operation or occupancy of of, the Mortgaged Property in any manner which (a) violates any Legal Requirement, including, without limitation, Legal Requirements with respect to the disposal of medical waste productsLaws, (b) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by law, all Laws or (c) constitutes a public or private nuisance, in each case such as could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
