Common use of Use Violations Clause in Contracts

Use Violations. Grantor will not use, maintain, operate or occupy, or allow the use, maintenance, operation or occupancy of, the Mortgaged Property in any manner which (a) violates any Laws, (b) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by all Laws or (c) constitutes a public or private nuisance, in each case such as could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Use Violations. Grantor will not use, maintain, operate or occupy, or knowingly allow the use, maintenance, operation or occupancy of, the Mortgaged Property in any manner which (a) violates any Lawsrequirement of law, (b) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by all Laws requirements of law or (c) constitutes a public or private nuisance, in each case such as could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Use Violations. Grantor will not use, maintain, operate operate, or occupy, or allow the use, maintenance, operation operation, or occupancy of, the Mortgaged Property in any manner which (ai) violates any LawsLegal Requirement, (bii) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by all Laws or Law and/or appropriate insurance, (ciii) constitutes a public or private nuisance, or (iv) makes void, voidable, or cancelable, or increases the premium of, any insurance then in each case such as could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effectforce with respect thereto.

Grantor will not use, maintain, operate or occupy, or allow the use, maintenance, operation or occupancy of, of the Mortgaged Property in any manner which (a) violates any LawsLegal Requirement, including, without limitation, Legal Requirements with respect to the disposal of medical waste products, (b) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by all Laws law, or (c) constitutes a public or private nuisance, in each case such as could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Use Violations. Grantor will not use, maintain, operate or occupy, or knowingly allow the use, maintenance, operation or occupancy of, the Mortgaged Property Collateral in any manner which (a) violates any Lawsrequirement of law, (b) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by all Laws requirements of law or (c) constitutes a public or private nuisance, in each case such as could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Use Violations. Grantor will not use, maintain, operate operate, or occupy, or allow the use, maintenance, operation operation, or occupancy of, the Mortgaged Property in any manner which which: (a) violates any Laws, Legal Requirement; (b) may be dangerous unless safeguarded as required by all Laws or law and/or appropriate insurance; (c) constitutes a public or private nuisance; or (d) makes void, voidable, or cancelable, or increases the premium of, any insurance then in each case such as could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effectforce with respect thereto.
