Use Parameters Clause Samples

The "Use Parameters" clause defines the specific conditions, limitations, or guidelines under which a party may utilize certain resources, services, or information provided under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what is permitted or prohibited in terms of usage, such as restricting use to internal business purposes, setting geographic or time-based limits, or specifying the number of authorized users. Its core practical function is to ensure that the use of the subject matter is controlled and consistent with the intentions of the parties, thereby preventing misuse and clarifying expectations.
