Use of Words and Phrases. Words of the masculine gender shall be deemed and construed to include correlative words of the feminine and neuter genders. Unless the context shall otherwise indicate, the singular shall include the plural as well as the singular number, and the word "person" shall include corporations and associations, including public bodies, as well as natural persons. "Herein," "hereby," "hereunder," "hereof," "herein- before," and "hereinafter" and other equivalent words refer to this Agreement and not solely to the particular portion thereof in which any such word is used.
