Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of AOL Members who purchase Products from InfoSpace, InfoSpace will be entitled to use User Information from such AOL Members as part of InfoSpace's aggregate list of Customers; provided that InfoSpace's use does not in any way identify, promote or otherwise disclose such User Information in a manner that identifies such AOL Members as end-users of the AOL Service, XXX.xxx or the AOL Network. In addition, InfoSpace will not use any User Information for any purpose (including any Specified Purpose) not directly related to the business purpose of the AOL White Pages.

Use of User Information. (1) You hereby consent to the holding, processing and transfer of the personal data you provide to BNU and UnionPay International in connection with the usage of the Bound Card and the BNU Pay services (hereinafter referred to as “User Information”). Pursuant to and for the purposes of paragraph 1 of article 6 and paragraph 1 of article 20 of Law 8/2005 (as applicable), you further expressly authorize BNU to disclose and transfer the User Information to any intermediary, correspondent bank or service provider (even if located outside of Macau), as may be required for BNU and UnionPay International to fully execute any instructions given through the BNU Pay service, and you hereby waive the corresponding banking secrecy rights granted to you pursuant to article 80 of Decree-Law no. 32/93/M in connection therewith.
Use of User Information. The user shall be responsible for damages caused by information leakage due to insufficient management of user information, erroneous use, use by a third party, unauthorized access, etc., and TMH shall not be held responsible. In addition, in case TMH suffers damage due to the unauthorized use of user information, the user shall compensate for such damage.

STATE TEL ON-LINE / FASTTRAK DSL will only disclose your information to a third-party without your consent when doing so in order to investigate or prevent a security violation or suspected criminal activity on State Tel On- line / Fasttrak DSL service or other computer system, to respond to a court order, or as otherwise required by law.
Use of User Information. InfoSpace will not use any User Information for any purpose other than as specifically directed or approved in writing by AOL. By way of example and without limitation, InfoSpace will not (i) provide User Information to any third party, (ii) rent, sell or barter User Information, (iii) identify, promote or otherwise disclose such User Information in a manner that identifies AOL Users as end-users of the AOL Network or (iv) otherwise use any User Information in contravention of Section 10 above.
