Use of the ELIXIR label. Services that are part of the Service Delivery Plan and the Commissioned Services Contract may be labelled as “ELIXIR Services” by the Node and by the ELIXIR Hub. Neither Party shall use the ELIXIR’s label in any grant application, press release or product advertising, or for any other commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the ELIXIR Director, as mandated by the ELIXIR Board.
