Use of Service and Device by Customers outside the United States. Although we encourage you to use of the Service to place calls to foreign countries from within the United States, we do not presently offer or support the Service in any countries other than the United States and Canada. If you use the Service or the Device outside of the United States or Canada, you will be solely responsible for any violations of local laws and regulations resulting from such use. We reserve the right to terminate your Service immediately if we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that you have used the Service or the Device outside of the United States or Canada.
Use of Service and Device. If you subscribe to 10D’s services, the Service and Device are provided to you as a business user. You shall not resell or transfer the Service or the Device to another party without our prior written consent. You are prohibited from using the Service or the Device for auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing (including, without limitation, charitable or political solicitation or polling), fax or voicemail broadcasting or fax or voicemail blasting. We reserve the right to immediately disconnect or modify your Service if we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that you have at any time used the Service or the Device for any of the aforementioned or similar activities.
Use of Service and Device. 5.1. Business Plans Service is provided to you as a business user, for your business and home office use. This means that you are not using it for any personal, residential, nonbusiness and nonprofessional purpose. This also means that you are not to resell or transfer the Service to any other person for any purpose or make any charge for the use of the Service, without express written permission from HopDial in advance. HopDial reserves the right to immediately terminate, change the calling plan or modify the Service if HopDial determines, in its sole discretion, that you are using the Service for non-business or non- commercial use.
Use of Service and Device. If you subscribe to DBSTREAMS' services, the Service and the Devices are provided to you solely for fair/legal use. You shall not resell or transfer the Service or the Device to another party without our prior written consent. When subscribing to a plan or package you are prohibited from using the Service or the Device for auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing (including, without limitation, charitable or political solicitation or polling), fax or voicemail broadcasting or fax or voicemail blasting. NO BUSINESS PURPOSE WHATSOEVER SHALL BE DEEMED A VALID USE OF THE RESIDENTIAL FLAT-RATE PLAN and DBSTREAMS reserves the right to immediately terminate or modify your Service if we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that your use of the Service or the Device is, or at any time was, inconsistent with normal residential usage patterns. In addition, you will be required to pay our higher rates for commercial service for all periods in which your use of the Service or the Device was inconsistent with normal residential use. Utilization of the Service(s) for a business purpose may only be accomplished through DBSTREAMS' written consent or through applicable plans (or, packages).
Use of Service and Device by Customers outside the United States. Apptix allows use of the Service inside or outside of the United States. However, if Customer uses Services outside the United States it does so at its own risk. If Customer removes the Device to a country outside the United States and/or uses or attempts to use it there, Customer does so at its own risk, including but not limited to the risk that such activity violates the laws of the country where Customer does so, and/or violates the export laws of the United States and/or the import laws of that other country.

You are prohibited from using the VOIP Service or the Device for auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing (including, without limitation, charitable or political solicitation or polling), fax or voicemail broadcasting or fax or voicemail blasting. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or modify your VOIP Service if we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that you have at any time used the VOIP Service or the device for any of the aforementioned or similar activities.
Use of Service and Device by Customers outside the United States and Canada. While Genie Innovations encourages use of the Service within the United States and Canada to other countries, Genie Innovations does not presently offer or support the Service to customers located in any countries other than the United States and Canada. Genie Innovations Services are only for use by persons or entities whose primary residence or business address is in the United States or Canada. Genie Innovations' Services are designed to work generally with unencumbered high speed internet connections. However, if the high- speed internet connection you are using is outside the United States or Canada and/or your ISP places restrictions on the usage of VoIP services, Genie Innovations does not represent or warrant that use ofthe Service by you is pennitted by any other jurisdictions or by any or all the ISPs. If you remove the Device to a country other than the United States or Canada, or use the Service from there, you do so at its own risk, including the risk that such activity violates local laws in the country where you do so. You wit I be solely responsible for any violations of local laws and regulations or violations of ISP terms of service resulting from such use. You also agree to indemnify us for any claims, damages or expenses resulting from your use of the Services outside of the United States. Genie Innovations reserves the right to disconnect Services immediately if Genie Innovations determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you have used the Service or the Device in violation of applicable laws, including without limitation laws ofjurisdictions outside the United States and Canada. You are solely liable for any and all use of the Service and/or Device by any person making use of the Service or Device provided to you.
Use of Service and Device. If you subscribe to vPhone services, the Service and Device are provisioned to you for commercial use by your organization only. You shall not resell, lease, loan, rent, operate on a "service bureau" or similar basis or otherwise transfer the Service to another party without our prior written consent.

While Reach encourages use of the Service globally, Reach does not presently offer Support Service to customers outside the United States. Reach’s Services are only supported for use by persons or entities whose primary residence or business address is in the United States Virgin Islands. Reach’s Services are designed to work generally with unencumbered high-speed internet connections. However, if the high-speed internet connection you are using is outside the United States and/or your ISP places restrictions on the usage of VoIP services, Reach does not represent or warrant that use of the Service by you is permitted by any other jurisdictions or by any or all the ISPs. If you remove the Device to a country other than the United States or use the Service from there, you do so at its own risk, including the risk that such activity violates local laws in the country where you do so. You will be solely responsible for any violations of local laws and regulations or violations of ISP terms of service resulting from such use. You also agree to indemnify us for any claims, damages or expenses resulting from your use of the Services outside of the United States. Reach reserves the right to disconnect Services immediately if Reach determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, which you have used the Service or the Device in violation of applicable laws, including without limitation laws of jurisdictions outside the United States. You are solely liable for any and all use of the Service and/or Device by any person making use of the Service or Device provided to you.
Use of Service and Device. If you have subscribed to a Peopleline Service and purchased a device from Peopleline, the Service and Device are provided to you for your personal use. This means that you are not misusing the Service or Device for autodialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing, fax broadcasting or fax blasting, or any other activity that would be inconsistent with normal usage patterns, or for any unlawful activities. This also means that you are not to resell or transfer the Service or the Device to any other person, business or company for any purpose, or make any charge for the use of the Service, without express written advance permission from Peopleline. You agree that your use of the Service and/or Device, or the use of the Service and/or Device provided to you by any other person for any purpose will obligate you to pay Peopleline's service on account of all periods, including past periods, in which you use, or used, the Service. Peopleline reserves the right to immediately terminate or modify the Service, if Peopleline determines, in its sole discretion, that the Customer's Service is being misused.
