Use of Safety Addendum Information. The Licensee may also receive safety event documentation, defined in 3.3, that reveals Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and therefore constitutes Protected Health Information (PHI). Licensor agrees to not use or disclose this information for research purposes without (a) redacting all PII and (b) implementing a Data Use Agreement with any subsequent recipient of the information.
