Common use of Use of Proceeds of the Grant Clause in Contracts

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall make the proceeds of the Grant available to the Project Executing Agency upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB and shall cause the Project Executing Agency such proceeds to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement and the Project Agreement.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall make the proceeds of the Grant available to the Project Executing Implementation Agency upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB and shall cause the Project Executing Implementing Agency to apply such proceeds to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement and the Project Agreement.
