Common use of Use of Proceeds and Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Use of Proceeds and Letters of Credit. The proceeds of the Loans, and the Letters of Credit, will be used only for the purposes set forth in Section 3.12. No part of the proceeds of any Loan or of any drawing under any Letter of Credit will be used, whether directly or indirectly, for any purpose that entails a violation of any of the Regulations of the Board, including Regulations U and X.

Use of Proceeds and Letters of Credit. The proceeds of the Loans, Loans and the Letters of Credit, Credit will be used only for the purposes set forth described in Section 3.125.14.
