Use of Internet. The use of the Internet is provided in all Housing Units. Misuse of computing, networking, Federal, State, and local laws, or information resources may result in the restriction of computing privileges. Users may be held accountable for their conduct under applicable campus policies. Downloading, preproduction or distribution of copyrighted works, including, but not limited to, images, text, music or video files, or software, without permission of the owner is an infringement of U.S. Copyright Law and is subject to civil damages and criminal penalties.
