Use of Interface Documentation Clause Samples

The 'Use of Interface Documentation' clause defines the requirements and permissions regarding how parties may access, reference, and utilize documentation related to software interfaces. Typically, this clause specifies which documents are provided, the scope of their use (such as for integration or development purposes), and any restrictions on sharing or modifying the documentation. By clearly outlining these terms, the clause ensures that all parties have the necessary information to interact with the software while protecting proprietary information and preventing misuse.
