Common use of Use of existing infrastructure Clause in Contracts

Use of existing infrastructure. The proposals relating to any of the matters mentioned in subclause (1) of this Clause may with the approval of the Minister and that of any third parties concerned instead of providing for the construction of new facilities of the kind therein mentioned other than the gas pipeline, the power station and the Newman facilities (other than any gas pipeline forming part of those facilities) provide for the use by the Joint Venturers upon reasonable terms and conditions of any existing facilities of such kind.
