Use of DHP Sample Clauses

Use of DHP. Coastal and its affiliates currently offer their employees the option of using DHP for the employees' health plan. Coastal and its affiliates agree to continue to offer DHP as an option to their employees and as part of their employer sponsored health insurance for one (1) year following the Closing. Coastal and its affiliates further agree not to offer to their employees any other health maintenance organization, preferred provider organization or similar organizations in (i) the State of North Carolina and (ii) those service areas in the State of South Carolina served by DHP for a period of one (1) year following the Closing.
