Use of County Logo for Marketing Sample Clauses
The 'Use of County Logo for Marketing' clause governs how and when a party may use the county's official logo in marketing materials or promotional activities. Typically, this clause outlines the need for prior written approval from the county before the logo can be used, and may specify acceptable contexts, such as on websites, brochures, or advertisements related to a specific project or partnership. Its core function is to protect the county's brand identity and reputation by ensuring that the logo is not misused or associated with unauthorized or inappropriate content.
