Use of Client’s Name. Client acknowledges and agrees that GAN may mention and use Client’s name and corporate logo in sales, marketing, advertising and promotional materials (including, without limitation, sales/marketing pitches and presentations, and client/customer lists) for the purpose of identifying Client as a customer of GAN.
Use of Client’s Name. Client acknowledges that use of the Services may require that ENA include Client’s name in registrations and administrative filings which are available to the public. In addition, Client agrees that ENA may include Client’s name in ENA marketing brochures and literature and indicate that Client is an ENA customer.
Use of Client’s Name. Client agrees to allow PERFORMA to use Client’s name on client lists used for promotional purposes. PERFORMA is permitted to issue press releases or press statements concerning Client’s use of the service.
Use of Client’s Name. Subject always to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Client hereby grants psHEALTH the right to use Client’s name for psHEALTH’s marketing purposes, provided psHEALTH obtains Client’s prior permission to the manner in which Client’s name is represented (such permission not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed). Notwithstanding this, psHEALTH can include Client’s name and logo in marketing material under the caption ‘Our Clients’ for the duration of this Agreement. psHEALTH will not use Client’s name after any termination of this Agreement (provided that psHEALTH will not be obliged to recover any marketing collateral then in circulation).
Use of Client’s Name. Should the Client appear on one of the Lists, gain Best Companies Accreditation or Ones to Watch status the Client hereby consents to the use by Best Companies of the Client’s name in Best Companies Lists and other publicity, including interviews, case studies and conference discussions, provided that such publicity accurately describes the relationship between the Client and Best Companies.
Use of Client’s Name. CLIENT agrees that CATO RESEARCH may use CLIENTS name as a reference for prospective clients or in literature relating to CATO RESEARCH'S capabilities, provided that such use does not violate Section 7 above.
Use of Client’s Name. Client acknowledges that use of the Services may require that Company include Client’s name in registrations and administrative filings which are available to the public. In addition, Client agrees that Company may include Client’s name in Company marketing brochures and literature and indicate that Client is an Company customer.
Use of Client’s Name. Provider agrees not to use (a) Client's name, (b) the name of any agent of Client, or (c) any trademarks, service marks, or trade names owned or controlled by Client, in any sales, promotional, advertising, or other publication, without the express prior written permission of Client.
Use of Client’s Name. ADP may use Client’s name for promotional purposes subject to Client’s prior written consent.
Use of Client’s Name. Should the Client appear on any List, gain Best Companies Accreditation or Ones to Watch status the Client hereby consents to the use by Best Companies of the Client’s name in Best Companies Lists, on its website, social media channels including (without limitation) LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other publicity, including interviews, case studies, live events and conference discussions, provided that such publicity accurately describes the relationship between the Client and Best Companies.
