Unless the context requires otherwise: (i) “including” (and any of its derivative forms) means including but not limited to; (ii) “may” means has the right, but not the obligation to do something and “may not” means does not have the right to do something; (iii) “will” and “shall” are expressions of command, not merely expressions of future intent or expectation; (iv) “written” or “in writing” is used for emphasis in certain circumstances, but that will not derogate from the general application of the notice requirements set forth in Section 20.9 in those and other circumstances; and (v) use of the singular imports the plural and vice versa.
