Use of Additional Areas. The Tenant's use of the Leased Premises includes the non-exclusive and non-transferable right of the Tenant and persons having business with the Tenant, in common with the Landlord and all others entitled, to the use of those Common Areas and Facilities as are required incidental to the Tenant's business operations.
