Common use of Use of Additional Areas Clause in Contracts

Use of Additional Areas. The use and occupation by the Tenant of the leased premises shall include the use in common with other entities thereto of the common areas, parking areas, service roads, loading facilities, sidewalks and customer car parking areas as such common areas now exist or as such common areas may hereafter be constructed, and other facilities as may be designated from time to time by the Landlord, subject however to the terms and conditions of this lease and to reasonable rules and regulations for the use thereof as prescribed from time to time by the Landlord.

Use of Additional Areas. The use and occupation by the Tenant of the leased premises shall include the use in common with other entities others entitled thereto of the common areas, employees' parking areas, service roads, loading facilitiesareas located in rear of the Building, sidewalks and customer tenant car parking areas as such common areas now exist or as such common areas may hereafter be constructed, in front and side of the Building and other facilities as may be designated from time to time by the Landlord, subject however to the terms and conditions of this lease and to reasonable rules and regulations Lease. Landlord may at Landlords sole discretion assign "Reserved" parking spots for the sole use thereof as prescribed from time to time by the Landlordof Tenant.
