Common use of Use of Additional Areas Clause in Contracts

Use of Additional Areas. The use and occupation by the Tenant of the Premises includes the non-exclusive and non- transferable right or license to use any common areas in common with others entitled thereto, and for the purposes for which they are intended and during such hours as the Building may be open for business, as determined by the Landlord from time to time.

Use of Additional Areas. The use and occupation by the Tenant of the Leased Premises includes the non-exclusive and non- non-transferable right or license to use any common areas in common with others entitled thereto, and for the purposes for which they are intended and during such hours as the Building may be open for business, as determined by the Landlord from time to time, the Common Areas and Facilities, subject in each case to this Lease and to the Rules and Regulations.

Use of Additional Areas.
