Use models. 3.2.2.1. The Services are provided to MEDIA OWNER in the form of subscription to specific programs comprising one or more services as per the Order Form executed between the Parties. Additional services may be added to the ones included in the Order Form through mutual agreement (confirming emails to suffice). Unless otherwise explicitly agreed through an amendment to the Order Form, the additional services shall have a term equal to the initial subscription. 3.2.2.2. The Services provided to MEDIA OWNER throughout the length of the term of the Agreement as agreed in the Order Form shall bear the form offered at the start of the Term, to which MEDIA OWNER has subscribed. PA is not obligated to offer to MEDIA OWNER a more current version of the Services. Notwithstanding the above, PA may in its sole discretion make available to MEDIA OWNER new functionalities or new offers at the time that they are developed, made available to public or whenever PA deems better. 3.2.2.3. Use of Services is limited to the subscription model agreed in the Order Form. Any usage in excess of the aforementioned limits is subject to prior approval by PA and subject to payment in accordance with relative payment/subscription model applicable. MEDIA OWNER unreservedly accepts said additional charges should they proceed to usage in excess of their subscription agreed in the Order Form.
