Use in Solicitation Activities. Separate Account shall be responsible for furnishing Company with such Applications, Prospectuses and other materials for use by Company and any Selling Broker-Dealers in their solicitation activities with respect to the Contracts. Separate Account shall notify Company of those states or jurisdictions, which require delivery of a statement of additional information with a prospectus to a prospective purchaser.
