Use Exhibit. Developer shall provide for City approval an Annual Use Exhibit providing hours of operation, annual schedule/closures, fee schedule, rental space rates, instructor and class rates, in-kind service, and the rates for any other revenue generating activity on the Premises. The annual Use Exhibit is due to the City no later the January 1st of each year. All fees and costs charged for use of the Courses are subject to Council approval.
Use Exhibit. 2a(1) for loans written down to book value prior to the Bank Closing Date (based on the loan balance specified on Schedule 4.15A) less any post closing principal payments.
