Common use of Use Data Clause in Contracts

Use Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Masergy may obtain, derive, or create data and information about the use of the Services by Customer (“Use Data”), excluding any personally identifiable data, and it may use Use Data to analyze, improve, support and operate the Services during and after the Term of this Agreement.
