USE AND CONCESSION. Tenant shall use the Premises exclusively for the purpose of aviation related activities including aircraft flight training and rentals, sales of aviation supplies, aircraft maintenance, air taxi and charter, aircraft sales and related activities. Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises to be used for any other purpose without the prior consent of Landlord.
