Usage Under Revolving Commitment. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, until any U.S. Swingline Loans have been repaid or refinanced with the proceeds of U.S. Revolving Loans made pursuant to Section 2.13(b)(iv), such U.S. Swingline Loans shall be treated for all purposes (including Section 2.15(a) below), as usage under the U.S. Swingline Lender’s U.S. Revolving Commitment.
