Common use of Usage Review Clause in Contracts

Usage Review. Bizagi may review, at its own expense, End User’s use of the Services to assess whether such use is in accordance with this ▇▇▇▇ and to ensure End User’s compliance with the terms of this ▇▇▇▇ or the terms of the agreement between End User and the Bizagi Authorized Reseller. The End User agrees to cooperate with ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s review and provide reasonable assistance and access to information. Any such review shall not unreasonably interfere with the End User’s normal business operations. Any discrepancies found in such review may result in a charge to the End User. Bizagi will issue any such invoice to the Bizagi Authorized Reseller, which will in turn invoice such charges to the End User. Any disputed charges will be resolved through the Disputes clause at FAR 52.233-1.
