Usage Fees. The fees to be paid by Customer that are associated with outbound calls and/or inbound calls, where applicable, shall be calculated by multiplying the per-minute rate applicable to such calls (“Per-Minute Rates”) with the Chargeable Time (as defined below) (such fees, the “Usage Fees”). Usage and the duration of calls shall be calculated as follows: (i) in full-minute increments;
Usage Fees. In consideration of the authorization that is described in this letter of authorization/residence agreement as well as the other services that you will provide to me pursuant to what is stated in this letter of authorization/residence agreement and/or Regulations, I commit to pay the University, during the course of the authorization period, monthly usage fees in the sum that is set forth in the introduction to this letter of authorization/residence agreement for each month as well as a pro rata share of a month (hereinafter: the “usage fees”) plus additional sums under the terms and on the dates that will be set forth below. In the event of a change over the course of the year from the singles student housing to the couples student housing, a new letter of authorization/residence agreement will be executed based on the rate that is appropriate to the type of student housing.
Usage Fees. Licensee shall owe Licensor a fee of $200.00 for use of the Premises. Licensee’s use of the Premises shall not constitute a tenancy of any kind, and this Agreement is not a lease.

One to many records may be included between the “header” and “trailer” records. Most Files consist of two (2) to three (3) records per account, each 160 bytes of information being a separate record. Accordingly, by way of example, if Customer sends an Account Position File for two Recipients, one with 25 accounts and one with 50 accounts, the following records would be billable to Customer.
Usage Fees. The Company shall pay to the Agent for the account of each Lender, a usage fee of 10 basis points per annum on the amount of such Lender's Commitment for each day on which the outstanding amount of the Advances exceeds 33 1/3% of the aggregate Commitments from the Effective Date in the case of each Initial Lender and from the effective date specified in the Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which it became a Lender in the case of each other Lender until the Termination Date (on a daily basis) payable in arrears quarterly on the last day of each March, June, September and December commencing June 30, 2000 and ending on the Termination Date.

Usage Fees. Developer, its successors or assigns, including homeowners, as applicable, shall be responsible for and subject to the BPW’s normal usage charges for utility service at the time of connection, which rates may be subject to change in the future.
Usage Fees. 9.1 Usage fees are determined by FMI and may change from time to time. Users will be notified when a change in fees occurs. All applicable usage fees will be shown on the order page.
